Terms Governing Use of the
Precision Phase Solutions Website

These Website Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Precision Phase Solutions website, website content, public forms, organizational inquiries, property inquiries, community-resource information, community-event information, and other online features controlled by PPS.

These Terms do not replace a signed Resident Housing Agreement, lease, property agreement, memorandum of understanding, referral-partnership agreement, sponsorship agreement, data-sharing agreement, or other separately executed written contract.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the PPS website. When a public PPS form requires agreement to the Terms, you must affirmatively indicate your consent via a visible, unchecked checkbox placed immediately above the submit button. We do not rely solely on hidden browsewrap language. Digital Flow Solutions records the date, time, form ID, consent wording presented, and IP address (when lawfully collected) of your acceptance to preserve required consent procedures under the federal E-SIGN Act and Florida’s Uniform Electronic Transaction Act.

2. Changes to These Terms

PPS may revise these Terms when website features, forms, business practices, vendors, legal requirements, or security practices change. When changes occur, PPS will publish the revised Terms, update the effective date and version number, archive the previous version, and provide additional notice when legally required. We will not unlawfully apply material changes retroactively.

3. Eligibility to Use the Website

Public website forms are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Organization representatives must have authority to represent the organization. Property submitters must be the owner or an authorized representative. Event and resource submitters must have authority or use public, verifiable information. The website is not directed to children under 13, and PPS does not knowingly seek personal information online from children under 13.

4. About Precision Phase Solutions

Precision Phase Solutions provides housing-only independent shared housing opportunities for adults who can live independently. PPS is not assisted living, a community residential home, a group home, a treatment facility, a medical provider, a behavioral-health provider, a clinical provider, a case-management provider, a personal-care provider, a supervision provider, a transportation provider, or a property-management company unless a separate written agreement expressly establishes that role.

5. PPS Housing-Only Model

PPS does not provide through its website or housing model: medical care, behavioral healthcare, treatment, counseling, medication management, personal care, case management, transportation, resident supervision, emergency response, benefits determination, legal advice, financial advice, or clinical assessment. Outside organizations remain independently responsible for services they provide.

6. Website Information Is Not a Housing Offer

Website information is general information and is not a lease, a Resident Housing Agreement, a binding housing offer, an approval, an acceptance decision, a guarantee of availability, placement, or qualification, a room or bed reservation, a promise of a particular price, or a landlord-resident relationship. Housing terms are established only through approved written PPS documents executed by authorized parties.

7. Resident Referrals Must Be Submitted by Phone

PPS does not accept resident or prospective-resident referrals through a public online form. Residents and people referring a resident must call PPS to begin the referral process.

Do not allow public website forms to collect prospective-resident names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, medical records, diagnoses, medication information, financial-account information, identification documents, confidential case notes, detailed housing history, or other sensitive referral information. Submitting prohibited information through an unrelated form does not create a resident referral.

8. Website Forms and Online Inquiries

PPS website forms are limited to their stated purposes. Submitting a form does not create a housing placement, a resident referral, a lease, a contract, a formal partnership, an agency relationship, an MOU, a sponsorship, a property-management relationship, or a guaranteed response time.

9. Referral-Partnership Inquiries

The Referral Partnership Inquiry Form is for organizational discussions only. Submission does not create a resident referral, an MOU, a contract, preferred referral status, an obligation to accept referrals, a guaranteed meeting, a guaranteed response, or a commitment to provide availability information.

10. Property-Partnership Inquiries

Property submissions are for initial review only. Submission does not create a lease, a property-management agreement, a property reservation, an agency relationship, guaranteed rent, guaranteed occupancy, property approval, inspection approval, zoning approval, insurance approval, a legal-use determination, or a commitment by PPS. Property owners remain responsible for obtaining their own legal, zoning, insurance, tax, mortgage, HOA, and property advice.

11. Community-Collaboration Inquiries

Submitting a collaboration request does not confirm PPS attendance, a speaker, a presentation, a resource table, sponsorship, funding, logo use, event participation, a collaboration, a partnership, or an MOU. Require written PPS approval before an outside organization publicly announces PPS participation, sponsorship, partnership status, or logo use.

12. Community Resources and Events

PPS may publish information about independent outside organizations and events. Suggestions are reviewed before publication. Submissions do not publish automatically. PPS may verify, edit, decline, update, archive, or remove information. Publication does not create an endorsement or a formal partnership. Outside event registration is controlled by the organizer. Users should verify current information directly with the outside organization.

13. External Websites and Organizations

PPS may provide links to independent third-party websites. PPS does not control their content, privacy practices, security, availability, fees, eligibility decisions, services, event changes, registration systems, or transactions.

14. Emergency and Professional-Service Disclaimer

The PPS website is not an emergency-response system. Do not use website forms for immediate medical emergencies, safety emergencies, fire emergencies, police emergencies, behavioral-health crises, domestic-violence emergencies, urgent food needs, or urgent shelter needs. Website content is not legal advice, medical advice, clinical advice, financial advice, tax advice, insurance advice, zoning advice, or benefits advice.

15. User Responsibilities & 16. Prohibited Uses

Users must submit accurate information, correct known errors, respect privacy, have proper submission authority, use public or authorized information, and comply with applicable law. We explicitly prohibit fraud, misrepresentation, illegal activity, harassment, threats, discrimination, unauthorized data collection, scraping, malware, security interference, impersonation, unauthorized PPS logo use, submission of confidential third-party information without authority, false records, and interference with website operation.

17. Submitted Content

For public community-resource and event submissions, the submitter must confirm that the information is public, accurate to the best of their knowledge, they have authority to share it, and publication will not violate privacy or intellectual-property rights. You grant PPS a limited, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to review, verify, reformat, edit, publish, update, archive, and remove this content for community-calendar and related promotional functions. This license does not grant PPS ownership of your intellectual property, and does not apply to private property submissions or resident communications.

18. Intellectual Property & 19. Fair Housing

PPS owns or lawfully uses its website design, original text, graphics, forms, documents, branding, logo, original photographs, videos, and downloadable materials. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, commercial use, distribution, or representation of affiliation is prohibited.

PPS intends to conduct housing-related activities consistently with applicable federal and Florida fair-housing and nondiscrimination laws. Nothing in these Terms authorizes unlawful discrimination, retaliation, intimidation, interference, discriminatory advertising, or waiver of legally protected accommodation and complaint rights.

20. Electronic Records & 21. Communications

Electronic records, acknowledgments, and communications may be used where legally permitted. Submitting a form may authorize PPS to contact you about that inquiry, but it must not be treated as blanket consent for unrelated marketing, automated marketing calls, prerecorded calls, or automated promotional texts without separate, clear consent where applicable.

22. Privacy and Data Security

The Privacy Policy explains information collected, purposes of collection, website technologies, CRM use, authorized disclosures, data retention, security measures, user choices, and privacy-request procedures. No website, database, or communication system can be guaranteed completely secure. We do not promise perfect security, complete security, breach-proof systems, or absolute confidentiality.

23. Website Accessibility & 24. Availability

PPS seeks to provide accessible website content and welcomes reports of accessibility barriers. We require keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, semantic headings, accessible validation, sufficient contrast, alt text, and screen-reader support. PPS may update content, correct errors, modify features, suspend the website for maintenance, remove outdated listings, or restrict abusive use. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available operation.

25. Disclaimer of Warranties & 26. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We limit our liability concerning website use to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, unlawful discrimination, nonwaivable gross negligence, legally nonwaivable data-security duties, or statutory rights that cannot be waived.

28. Governing Law and Venue & 29. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and Florida law. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating solely to website use may be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in or serving Marion County, Florida. We require an initial good-faith written notice process when appropriate.
