Housing with Clear Expectations and Shared Responsibility

A stable home works best when everyone understands what to expect. Precision Phase Solutions provides a defined housing environment with clear agreements, house rules, payment responsibilities, property standards, and communication procedures.

Residents are treated as independent adults responsible for their own routines, decisions, finances, personal care, transportation, medications, appointments, and outside services.

Is PPS Housing Right for You?

PPS housing may be appropriate for adults who are ready to live independently, meet their financial responsibilities, follow shared-house expectations, and respect the home and other residents.

A referral from an agency does not replace the resident’s responsibility to meet PPS housing requirements.
