Precision Phase Solutions provides housing-only shared living opportunities for adults who can manage their own daily needs and are prepared to contribute responsibly to a shared home.
PPS provides housing only. We do not provide assisted living, treatment, supervision, personal care, clinical services, or case management.

A stable home works best when everyone understands what to expect. Precision Phase Solutions provides a defined housing environment with clear agreements, house rules, payment responsibilities, property standards, and communication procedures.
Residents are treated as independent adults responsible for their own routines, decisions, finances, personal care, transportation, medications, appointments, and outside services.
PPS housing may be appropriate for adults who are ready to live independently, meet their financial responsibilities, follow shared-house expectations, and respect the home and other residents.
A referral from an agency does not replace the resident’s responsibility to meet PPS housing requirements.

Precision Phase Solutions provides a structured, well-maintained housing environment. Our homes are managed with clear standards to ensure stability, comfort, and mutual respect. Here is what residents can consistently expect from our shared living arrangements.
