COMMUNITY EVENT INFORMATION

Community Event
Disclaimer

The Precision Phase Solutions Community Education Calendar provides general information about public events, meetings, fairs, workshops, distributions, educational programs, and community activities that may be useful to residents, professionals, property owners, organizations, and other community members.

Unless an event is expressly identified as hosted by Precision Phase Solutions, the event is operated and controlled by an independent outside organization. Publication on the PPS calendar does not automatically mean PPS hosts, operates, sponsors, endorses, funds, supervises, or guarantees the event.

Independent Organizers

Independent Event Organizers

Outside events listed on the PPS calendar are independently controlled by their organizers unless the listing expressly identifies PPS as the host.

The outside organizer is responsible for its own event planning, date and time, venue, virtual platform, registration, admission, fees, refunds, capacity, waitlists, staffing, security, transportation, parking, accessibility, accommodations, food, services, eligibility requirements, schedule changes, cancellation procedures, health and safety practices, and privacy practices.

PPS does not make decisions for an independent event organizer.

No Automatic Endorsement, Sponsorship, or Partnership

A calendar listing does not by itself constitute a PPS endorsement, recommendation, sponsorship, affiliation, contract, referral agreement, or formal partnership.

Do not display the PPS logo beside an outside event in a way that implies PPS sponsorship or participation unless written approval has been granted. When PPS is participating in an event, its role will be described accurately, such as Exhibitor, Presenter, Panel participant, Resource-table participant, Sponsor, Co-host, or Host.

Event Information May Change

Event information may change after review or publication. Information that may change includes dates, start and end times, locations, room assignments, virtual links, registration deadlines, admission requirements, event costs, available services, speakers, activities, accessibility, parking, transportation, capacity, eligibility, required documents, and cancellation status.

Visitors should verify current event information directly with the organizer before registering, traveling, paying a fee, submitting documents, or attending.

Event Review and Verification

PPS may review an event by checking the host organization’s website, reviewing a public registration page, contacting the organizer, reviewing a public flyer, reviewing a government or community listing, confirming public contact information, or comparing multiple public sources.

Verification means PPS reviewed identified information at a specific time. It does not mean PPS completed a legal, financial, licensing, safety, accessibility, security, or operational audit.

No Guarantee That an Event Will Occur

PPS does not guarantee the event will occur, the organizer will admit a visitor, registration will remain available, space will be available, services will be provided, a speaker will appear, a benefit will be approved, employment will be offered, food or supplies will remain available, transportation will be provided, accessibility features will be available, the event will be safe, or the event will produce a particular result.

A calendar listing does not reserve a seat, create registration, or establish priority for a PPS resident, prospective resident, referral partner, or website visitor.

Event Logistics

Registration, Admission & Payments

Registration for outside events is handled directly by the event organizer. Precision Phase Solutions does not collect or process registration forms, admission fees, donations, ticket payments, refund requests, payment disputes, or attendance records. Visitors must verify all fees, refund policies, registration deadlines, and payment instructions directly with the organizer.

Do not submit credit-card, debit-card, banking, payment-account credentials, passwords, or Social Security numbers through any PPS public form.

Accessibility & Accommodations

Event accessibility information is based on public information supplied or confirmed by the organizer. A calendar listing does not guarantee an accessible entrance, accessible parking, accessible restrooms, seating accommodations, interpretation, captioning, service-animal access, or the availability of a requested modification.

Visitors should contact the organizer directly to confirm current accessibility information and request event-specific accommodations.

Transportation & Parking

Precision Phase Solutions does not provide transportation to outside events unless the listing expressly states otherwise. Information about bus routes, shuttle services, ride assistance, parking, accessible parking, drop-off locations, and vehicle restrictions must be confirmed directly with the organizer or transportation provider.

We do not guarantee that a transportation route or parking option will be available.

Critical Warnings

No Professional Advice

Information appearing in an event listing is general information and is not legal advice, medical advice, behavioral-health advice, clinical advice, financial advice, tax advice, insurance advice, benefits advice, employment advice, crisis counseling, or case management.

Visitors should consult an appropriately qualified professional or government agency when professional guidance is needed.

No Resident Referral Through Event Forms

The Community Event Submission Form and Event Correction Form are not resident-referral forms. Residents and people referring a resident must call PPS to begin the housing-referral process.

Privacy and Submissions

13. External Websites and Registration Links

Event listings may include links controlled by outside organizations. Precision Phase Solutions does not control third-party website content, security, privacy practices, cookies, registration systems, payment systems, downloads, advertisements, accessibility, or website availability.

14. Privacy and Information Submitted to Organizers

Information submitted directly to an outside event organizer is governed by that organizer’s privacy practices: not the PPS Privacy Policy. Visitors should review the organizer’s privacy notice before submitting contact information, identification, employment information, benefits information, health information, payment information, or registration details.

PPS must use reasonable safeguards for personal information it collects through its own systems and comply with applicable Florida security and breach-response requirements.

19. Public Information and Submitted Content

Event submissions should contain public event and organization information only. Do not submit resident information, prospective-resident information, patient or client information, medical records, financial records, Social Security numbers, identification documents, banking information, passwords, private meeting credentials, confidential case notes, private employee information, or private correspondence.

PPS may use submitted public event information to review, verify, reformat, edit for clarity, categorize, publish, update, archive, or remove listings. PPS does not take ownership of the submitter’s intellectual property.

15. Event Submissions

Organizations may submit an event for review. Submissions do not publish automatically, and submission does not guarantee publication.

PPS may verify the event, contact the submitter or organizer, edit information for clarity, decline incomplete or unverifiable information, or remove an event after publication. Submission does not confirm PPS attendance, participation, or formal partnership.

16. Invitations for PPS Participation

Selecting an option inviting PPS to participate does not confirm attendance, a speaker, a presentation, an exhibit table, sponsorship, funding, printed materials, logo use, or partnership status.

Written PPS approval is required before the organizer publicly announces PPS participation, sponsorship, speaker status, or logo use.

Reporting and Contact

Report Incorrect or Changed Event Information

We encourage users and organizers to report changes or errors promptly:

  • Date, time, or location changes
  • Broken registration links or fee changes
  • Event cancellation or postponement
  • Duplicate listings
  • Incorrect organizer information
  • Possible fraud or impersonation

Correction, Cancellation, and Removal Rights

PPS may correct formatting, update descriptions, change categories, add clarification, correct known errors, mark an event unverified, postponed, or cancelled, temporarily hide a listing, remove duplicate listings, archive completed events, remove an event entirely, or decline publication. PPS should not knowingly retain event information that it determines is materially false or misleading.

Limitation Language

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PPS is not responsible for decisions, acts, omissions, services, fees, registration systems, cancellations, communications, eligibility determinations, safety practices, website practices, or outcomes independently controlled by an outside event organizer.

This disclaimer should be read with these related policies. It does not eliminate legal rights or responsibilities created by applicable law or a separately signed agreement.
