Submitting an event does not automatically add it to the PPS Community Education Calendar. PPS may verify the event organizer, confirm dates and locations, request clarification, or decline the submission.

Submission does not guarantee:

Publication or promotion
Endorsement of the event
PPS attendance or participation
Sponsorship or funding
Registration processing
A formal partnership

Registration Is Handled by the Event Organizer

For events hosted by outside organizations, PPS does not register attendees, collect event fees, manage attendance, provide transportation, or control event changes.
